Creating a web platform that simplifies internal operations and strengthens financial oversight 💻✨

The Srikara CBS Web is an internal platform built exclusively for employees of Srikara Cooperative Society. Designed to digitize and centralize daily workflows, it enables staff to track collections, verify member eligibility, and monitor financial records with accuracy and ease.



As the UX/UI Designer, I collaborated over 10 weeks to craft a streamlined employee-facing experience. Our focus was on efficiency, security, and clarity—reducing manual effort and errors while ensuring staff could seamlessly manage operations and deliver better services to members.

Overview

Working on the Srikara CBS Web gave me the chance to design a tool that helps employees manage collections and check member eligibility more easily. I worked with the Srikara team to understand their manual process and turn it into a simple web platform. The focus was on making everyday tasks faster, clearer, and less error-prone so staff could spend more time serving members.

Problem

Employees at Srikara Cooperative Society were relying on manual registers and fragmented tools to manage collections, verify member eligibility, and track payments. This led to delays, frequent errors, and difficulty in generating accurate reports across multiple branches. As the user base grew, these manual processes became harder to scale, creating frustration for staff and slowing down daily operations.

Goal

The goal was to design a secure, centralized web platform that digitizes key workflows for employees. It needed to simplify collections, eligibility checks, and reporting into one clear system. By reducing manual effort and improving accuracy, the platform aimed to enhance efficiency, save time, and enable staff to deliver services with greater transparency and consistency.

My Role

I collaborated with a junior designer to craft the UX and UI for the Srikara CBS Web, designing wireframes, layouts, and high-fidelity interfaces focused on clarity and efficiency. I led the experience strategy and visual direction while mentoring the junior designer. Working closely with employees and development teams, we ensured the platform enabled staff to manage collections and member eligibility seamlessly.

    Comprehensive reporting and admin controls for accurate, branch-wide tracking.

This streamlined scattered manual processes into a unified system, giving staff better control and visibility.
